Welcome to the Kimberly Brooke Blog ✨

I'm so glad you're here 😊
The Kimberly Brooke Blog was born out of my passion for helping others live a more well life, one step at a time.
You see, when I was growing up, I always wanted to help those around me with what they were going through. At first, I thought I was just being nosey, which could definitely be where this all started…
But as I grew older, I realized I had a passion for not only hearing others’ problems, but truly listening to them. I also loved offering what I felt they needed most in that moment- whether it was comfort, advice, a corny joke, etc.
This innate calling to help others led me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida for fun (yes, I added a degree onto the degree I was already working on at the time (a B.S.B.A in Marketing) for fun #nerdalert).

It was during this time that I started to develop an understanding of wellness. I started dabbling in yoga, soaking up the sun, taking fitness classes, treating myself (something I was- and still am- notoriously bad at), and finding small ways to enjoy even the most mundane of tasks for a 20-something college student.
In essence, I started finding myself.
Unfortunately, this period of freedom to discover who I truly was came to a screeching halt with the onset of the pandemic, which also bled into some of the worst times of my life…
However, as I’ve learned from that period of my life, I am stronger than I could’ve ever imagined pre-pandemic. Also, if the experiences of the 2020s have taught me anything, it’s that wellness is truly a passion of mine and is vital to our happiness and success as human beings.
And so I am here today dedicating myself to spreading my wellness knowledge and helping you live a more well life!
What does a more well life look like?
I’m going to be honest with you- A more well life may look like the life you’re leading now… to the outside eye. You may keep the same job, stick to the same workout routine, keep the same relationship status, have the same friends, etc.
However, on the inside, you will finally have the mental clarity and peace to go through each day and its obstacles with confidence and joy. You may have a bad day or two (don’t we all?), but you’ll know in your soul that this life is truly good and work to find the balance that reflects your best life.
So, if you’re ready to start living your most well life, stay tuned for weekly tips on how!
I look forward to living my most well life with you ✨
