I’m Kimberly Brooke and I share my love for wellness & writing! My wellness ventures are multi-faceted, just like so many things in this life.
First, I spread all the wellness knowledge I wish I knew sooner to the readers of the Kimberly Brooke Wellness Blog. This space is my passion project and serves to provide all readers with a sense of feeling heard, understood, and cared for. Since starting the Kimberly Brooke Wellness Blog in 2022, I've since expanded my offerings into my first course, Joyful Journaling, and one-on-one coaching.
I also share my gift of writing by helping my clients skyrocket their sales & grow tight-knit bonds with their consumers through stellar content! I am a firm believer in providing my clients not only with content they love, but with the tools and guidance they need to succeed beyond our time working together.

Hi friend! I'm a twenty-something writing & wellness wiz that loves sharing all of the life lessons I can wrap my mind around with the world.
When I'm not crafting clever content for clients or writing about my personal growth journey, I can be found in my classroom, where I teach 45+ 5th graders Math & Science. In my sparse spare time, I enjoy co-teaching the choir at my school, reading romance novels, and connecting with myself through journaling, meditation, or movement.
